What personal data do we collect from you and why are we collecting this information?

Opt-In to our Email List: Your name and email address so that we may provide you with information on upcoming course offerings, products and services, information of interest, and updates to our blog. You will be given an opportunity to select the types of information you would like to receive as well as the frequency of our communications with you.
2. Opt-In to an Email Course or Online Lessons: Your name and email address so that we may provide you with information on the course in question and the topic in general.
3. Waiting List: Your name and email address so that we can let you know when a product, service or course becomes available.
4. Transaction: Your name, email address, billing information and payment source in order to process your purchase of products, services or courses from us.
What legal basis do we have for collecting and processing your information?

Opt-In To Email List, Email Course, Waiting List and Lessons: We will ask for your consent first.
Transactions: We will collect your information as part of a legal contractual transaction.
“Legitimate interests” for processing your personal information exist where you submit the information with an expectation that it will be processed and there is no undue impact on you.
